Description:
We’re seeking an experienced blockchain developer to help launch the O4ACz token and build out our decentralized ecosystem. You'll be responsible for writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts (ERC20, staking vaults, DAO voting) and managing multichain integrations (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy smart contracts for token, staking, and reserve vault

• Create DAO governance logic

• Ensure contract security and audit compliance

• Collaborate on blockchain integrations (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon)

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Solidity / Ethereum

• Experience with staking, DeFi, DAO, and vault logic

• Security-focused development practices

• Familiarity with Foundry, Hardhat, or Truffle

2. AI Developer (DeFi & Risk Modeling)

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Model income flows from LP, mining, and staking

• Simulate reserve strength based on Ai outputs

• Collaborate on DAO voting power and burn schedules

Requirements:

• Experience with crypto finance modeling

• Knowledge of DAO platforms (Aragon, Snapshot)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SEC, FINCEN, MiCA, and FATF guidelines
